  • I totally get what u mean with the whole running thing!

    I used to go running in the evenings, but it gives me too much energy, so I now try to go in the mornings or afternoons so I am refreshed for the rest of the day.

    Its a great feeling and just proves how good it really is for your body!

  • I get to about 30 pushups straight before I have to rest, but I'm not sure why. I've been doing the 100 pushups challenge and am on week 5 O_o

  • After I run, I get a similar feeling, which is why I don't run at night... I stay up for HOURS afterwards. :)

    Running is really fun. I hope you see the awesomeness in it. Also, it's a portable sport. Great for the traveler ;)

  • Wow.... sexy abs! I went to Disney this past week and gained because I ate what I wanted for 5 days... I can't believe I gained a pound a day! But if I can't do that every once in a while! However, like you said the food made me feel really bad. Drained my energy. I have to make up my mind whether I want to feel good for feel like crap...

There s allways a point during my run where I started grinning cuz of this sense of liberty I get out of it, it s certainly addictive and a very good way to relieve all of your emotions that are bottled up!   • about your weight, it seems obvious to me your ideal body weight isnt what you thought it was. if you want to weigh more, you'd have to put on a lot of muscle. as you're losing the body fat.

  • I think its great you got to a healthy weight, but you come across very intense with a feeling of underlying anger, this is not a hater comment just a comment.

  • it takes 4-5 months solid training for a marathon. go for it.

  • Do you find it a strange feeling losing the weight? I have been overweight like the last 25 years or so and this year I have lost over 100 lbs. But I notice the mental change more than the physical. Everyone used to say I was overwaight, now they started commenting on how much I lost (I hardly ever tell anyone that I lost though), and asking for advice(!). Me giving advice about weight loss? That is one strange feeling. Sorry for rambling.

  • Anyone who talks about not being like you, IMHO, really wants to be like you. They don't think they can, so they try & find ways to make what you do (whether it's the videos u make, ur eating plan, etc.) bad or wrong. So annoying!!

    You have done more in just a few months than most do on here in two or three years! You are awesome, but you know that already! :-)

  • I feel that way with the running every time I do it even when I have a bad run or feel sluggish like I did today. I get a charge out of it and when I get home after completing the run I look back and say I was not able to do that 4 months ago look how far I have come. Running in the rain I have come to enjoy and your shoes always dry. Keep at it you will learn to love it!

  • It's funny, I was writing a blog entry partially about dedication and was adding you in to it, then you put this up and it fits well good timing :). But again, thank you again for being such an inspiration to so many people.
