@90hardrocker it depends, are you just getting into r/c's or getting into nitro? if youre just getting into r/c's i wouldnt, start smaller. If youre getting into nitro's it is a good place to start because theyre tough and easy to tune

dude, u did a similer thing to what i did, i crashed mine while trying to do a back flip, landed on the top, iv bent and cracked the engine plate, smashed my fuel tank, bent a sharft in my 2 speed, and some other bits :(

i hever had problems with the leacking fuel part abut i didnt snape my fuel line, so i got some ansmann racing furl lne isted ;) and i love the colour of ur fuel line, and ;ast time i didnt use thred lock on my engine mount scews, i lost 1 and the rest were comin loes, awesome savage and i like some of the stuff u have on that :)

HELP i have a savage 4.6 ad il just start it yesterday and today i go to start it and it wont. my dad thik it the engine but it not so can some 1 hel[p me? thnkz

@Roder222 Hey mate, would you be able to post a vid of it, if i could hear what it sounds like when its trying to start i could easily tell you whats wrong other wise just try replacing the glow plug, charging the igniter, charging the starter and if it still doesnt work put a little bit of fuel directly into the carb.. remeber to put the airfilter back on.

hey mate how hot does the weather have to be for the savage to over heat and shut down, i live in ballarat and it only gets up to 25 in the summer

@2caps it should be fine, mine ran good in summer and it was around 35-40

@highroller284 i didnt have them long enough to find out if they were worth it but some friends have told me that they have saved them a couple of rebuilds, the o-rings would last nearly the whole life of an engine or two

But you also have to remember if you get the 3 speed for the savage it can kill the t-maxx and run the revo for it's money.

In my opinion the savage is better than the t maxx but im dont know about the revo. i have never tried one. but it also depends on what u want it for. if you want it just for racing and nothing too extreme the t maxx would be better but if u want a tough basher for awesome air go with the savage. from what ive heard the revo is just a race truck but i dont know id need to test it to see which is better

you should get the purple rpm arms haha funny thing is i have mines almost the same set up expect for the exhaust i have the purple which my choice a bad decision . looks like crap all purple
