I work for ADT and service these Simon systems on a regular basis - they are GARBAGE. Do not allow it to be installed in your home, they always have problems and there is no security - all you need to do is rip it off the wall, cut the wires, and it's all over.

yes i do have the GE Simon 3 and i am not monitored by a company as of yet I just moved in and it has been going off for weeks every 4 hours

@vlyne017, press the System Status button two times in a row and it will announce what's wrong. You probably have old alarms in the memory that need to be removed, so listen to everything, then press Disarm two times when it's done talking. Then press System Status two times again. Whatever it says then is what's wrong. Probably a low battery or sensor "failure".
