Starxxon model its too many different, in Toad's Tool the more recent version, you select the eternal star sprite, and write "L Is Real" in the size. And save. Starxxon maded in 0, or better, he made the all "polygon", but nintendo have hided the luigi before 24 January, thats because is "L is Real 2401"...

well actually luigi is hidden in toads tool 64 but thats the only way to unlock him
