what was that buzzer going off while it was feathered? Was the the gear not being down with a low MP? I got my multi on the seneca one and don't remember it doing off when the engine was shut down.
I'm not the pilot in this video, but I am a cfii-mei. To restart the BE76 you push mixture to full rich, turn fuel selector on, aux fuel pump on,mags both and prop control forward to start windmilling and it will start.
That's whats called an intentional dead engine. A pilot learning to fly multi spends most of the time with only one engine. The other is either shut down and feathered or preferably at a power setting that simulates zero thrust.

When you move the prop level forward a charge of stored oil goes into the hub and flattens the blades and the wind does the rest.
