  • Ahhh, I love these two so much.

  • Wut POTO song is this?

  • 1:14 is my fav scene in this video lol

  • I prefer them as brothers more than a couple :3 Not that I don't enjoy seeing them as a couple SOME of the time, but I like them as brothers ^^

  • and using phantom of the opera as a lullaby is definately occult XD

  • hey i heard they have human ages how old is UK and US?

  • @stateofcrazy22 I think America is 18 and Engalnds 23

  • @samychan5

    Really? cool! thanks :)

  • @samychan5 Almost right, Alfred (America) is 19. And Arthur you got right, 23.

  • "America & Britain together" forever! :3

  • And then they fought each other. Twice.

  • how do people see yaoi? i see brothers.

  • Why'd he make the Beatles references and stuff when it was like the 1600s?? lol

  • @TotalPirateLuvva WHO CARES ITS AWESOME :D

  • For all people foregin to America:

Every American baby can swing a buffalo in circles.

  • D'AWWW!!! america was SUCH a cute baby!! i love the fact that Arthur is singing Phantom of the Opera to his little baby!Alfred! (POTO is my ALL time FAVE musical!) he makes references to people who arent even BORN yet! and i'm dieing of laughter from Alfred swinging the Bison!!! XD

  • D'aww! I wonder why their relation is so... neutral now! It's like they forgot everything that happened... They don't even hate each other that much!

  • AWWWW! I WANNA HOLD BABY AMERICA

  • Bison: WTF KID!

    Chibiamerica: woah woah woah

England: O.O" that kid is strong

  • why the fudge is baby America SOOOO adorable?

  • England doesn't want to blow this.

    Aww, such a shame.

  • Phantom of the Opera was written by a French guy. o-e

  • @Dakamashi Yeah, but the musical version was written by a British guy.

  • Okay, so hes a sexy blonde british guy who sings Phantom of the Opera to small children..... I'm in love with him now.

  • I already said why I like this scene. As I read deeper into my book Hetalia makes so much more sense...

I still won't go along with you guys in the yaoi though, I still see it as Father/son.

  • @chessykit YES! ME 2! I see it as father/son and brother/brother (not incest)

  • I love how it makes Britan seem like he was nicer to America when it was growing to be a bigger country

  • @mudpups12 Well, with the new pointed history books we just got around here, it makes it seem that way too. At frst I thought Himaruya was over exxagerating, but then when read it in my book, it says basically the same thing there. Britain fought pretty freakin hard over America with just about everyone when it couldn't protect itself. But as America became older, it sought to do for itself. Of course, Britain never let it go, they tried to prove how weak we were over and over...

  • @mudpups12 In the end we ended up hating each other because of misunderstandings. That and Britain kidnapping our marines and taking every little opportunity to reconquer the land, only to fail at it again. When you look at the evidence, every law Britain passed for the colonies was to protect them. (ie when they told us not to move westward. They were really trying to keep us from running into enemy Indian tribes, like referenced here.)

  • Britain needs to sing in English more!!! >w<

  • Baby america is so F**KING CUTE!!!!!!

    X3

  • i also find it cute how chibi america is played by the smae person who does honey-sempai from ouran high school host club

  • awww, he's singing the phantom of the opera, TTwTT

  • OMG!!!!america is sooo cute!>^<

  • Apparently, America's curly hair thing in Nantucket and his glasses are Texas.

    KEWL.

  • "strangely feathered people who are more angry than grateful..." LOL!

  • holy cow ive wathced this scene like 50 times and JUST REALIZED that that was the Phantom of the Opera....

  • OMFGITSSOCUTEIMGONNADIEITSJUSTSOSWEETOMGGG~!

    ....Wait, you're the George to his Ringo? O_e;

  • Even when he was little, America had a hero laugh.

  • Too cute! I turned out like America a little, so I WANT ENGRAND TO BE MY MOMMY

  • OMG BABY AMERICA IS SO CUTE X3

  • Lets not be together. I love my Britain and America sickens me!

  • My God, Chibi America was so cute......WHAT HAPPENED???

  • @Juxtaposition1869- the bloody American Revolution......

  • o_o i did not know he was singing phantom of the opera. Now I do.

    . . . ~favorites~ . . .

  • The author says America, at this age, was known to be a 'crybaby' and run to England or France when in trouble but then the 'western (I think it was western...) winds hardened him and toughened him up, making him want the world to aknowlage him as a country.

  • What i dont get is england is 25 and america is 19 then how old was england and america when america was this small?its doesnt make sense to me someone plz explain!X3

  • @chandytv ....They have ages?!

  • @DeShoXX Human ages, yeah. :3

@chandytv From what I understand, those ages are just what they appear to be. Y'know, for refrence.

  • @chandytv- they have a human age, and a country age.... country age is the overall age, and human age is just what age they look like, oh and england is 23 not 25

  • Argh what's the OST in the part where England was hugging the sleeping adorable Chibimerica?!

  • This. Is. ADORABLEEEEE <3

  • ...angry feathered people.....LOL WTF XD

  • Oh, Chibi America...why so cute?!

  • Why is England singing Phantom of the Opera?

  • "And because of that Douche France, im out of money...."

  • Little America is so cute!!

  • I Find England Cuter When Singing and Holding a Baby. XD

  • I love this clip and is England singing phantom of the opera

  • What episode is this from?

  • What's the songs name what England sang???

  • @TheYoyeah8 "The Phantom of the Opera" the next lyrics he was going to sing was "The Phantom of the Opera is here inside my mind"

I love this song... not exactly a lullaby if you ask me... but it works... :D

  • Aw....soooo cute!!!

  • Only in Hetalia can you reference the Beatles in the 1700s.

  • And now I love Iggy even more.....

  • luvs the epic music XD yay iggy!!! X3

  • kyaaa usxuk XD

  • I didn't know the words "wicked" and "douche" was a word back then.

  • I know I'm being pedantic here, but that pronunciation of 'France' really slipped on the accent. =_= (Over here, it's 'Fr-aah-nce' the 'aah' being as in 'bar'.) But I do like Scott's take on the accent, personally I think it's hilarious.

  • @GnommishReader Well I'm English and the 'Fr-aahh-nce' is like, the typical BBC/Queen's English. I've never said it like that. I say France with a simple 'an', although I can see what you're saying because the way he said it did seem more Americanised. He still does a great job though!!

  • @XXcartoonXcrazyXX ^w^ I'm from the south, and using Estuary pronounciation is normal around here, but I know which pronounciation you're talking about there. And yeah, the version he does here is quite Americanised.

He does indeed do a good job. It's only small things like that that tell me Scott Freeman isn't in fact British. ^w^

  • @GnommishReader Ahh, see I is a Northener XD Not really got the thick accent though, but I do the whole 'path' instead of 'p-ah-th' thing :P Maybe us Brits could fine tune him to the subtleties of our accent ;D

  • @XXcartoonXcrazyXX XD I don't think I have a thick Southern accent, but I've heard people commenting otherwise, and asking if I'm Australian. :S

;) I have a few ideas exactly how we could do that.

  • @GnommishReader Quick!! To FUNimation studios!! :P

  • England is the only person who can say a Beatles reference in the 1700's.

  • @fluffy8me1 I think it might be the 1600's or a little earlier :3

  • @princesstarika England: Wanker!

  • @fluffy8me1 well since England is a tsundere I shall take that as a compliment. Thank you!

  • @princesstarika lol epic win!

  • XD First time I noticed Iggy singing Phantom Of The Opera. XD THIS IS WHY I LOVE YOU IGGY!

  • OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! America is so FUCKING ADORABLE!

  • Even as a kid, Nantucket was still a part of America.

  • America was fucking adorable.

  • OH MY GOD!! Now the Revolution makes me feel guilty XD

  • *America starts running happily*

    My reaction: :3 aww~

    *Huge buffalo appears*

    My reaction: HOLYSHITNODONTKILLAMERICAYUOBASTARRRD D:<

    oh its ok :3

  • You know how Iggy tried getting more money to pay off the debt from the war with france? By taxing America .__.

  • awww, chibi america is the cutest chibi ever.

  • "I don't want to blow this."

    ...That's a shame.

  • @xRyouxFangirlianx Dirty thoughts?

  • @Halfbluemoon1 NO. No, that's not what I meant at all. O_O I meant that "I don't want to blow this" as in England doesn't want to totally fail at parenting, but he does anyway. o_o Yes... *looks at the four thumbs up* ... I think four people may have dirty minds.

  • @xRyouxFangirlianx Ok, because I didn't know what you meant. Thank you for explaining. When I heard him say that, I felt even more hurt when America broke their bond since England really wanted to be America's brother/father.

  • @Halfbluemoon1 Yeah, I'm really sad that the characters parted ways, but I'm ecstatic that the actual countries were separated like that. I feel conflicted. o_o But I'm so happy that America is America and England is England. I just want AlfredxArthur. :3

  • @xRyouxFangirlianx Well how would you feel if England and USA reunited as one new country? I've had that thought long before Hetalia came along.

  • @Halfbluemoon1 Oh, I would hate to do that. I want America to stay the United States of America and I want England to stay The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The only possible way I can conceive America and England combining would be the characters of a fictional series being in a fictional relationship.

  • @xRyouxFangirlianx "I don't want to blow this." Me: not yet you don't ;D

  • @TheNightcloudHATER ... 8D Yes yes. I'll go along with that. Don't like PedoEngland, but it's okay once America's the world's Hero. :D

  • @TheNightcloudHATER WAIT. My comment got 28 thumbs up? o_o ... I feel a strange mix of pride and...something else? Surprise? XD

  • BEST DUB EVER

  • I LOVE that he is signing a Phantom of the Opera song to America!!!

  • aaaaaaawwwwwwwww...... :3

  • America and Britan...

    Together :D

    ~England

  • Sad to watch this video, watch America choose the crying Britain over France's better food, then watch America's Storage Room Cleaning.

  • Beatles and Phantom of the Opera references in the 1700's? Obviously, the Doctor must have taken England in the TARDIS to the 1960's and 1920's.

  • Oh i find this scene so cute!

  • "I don't want to blow this."

Oh Iggy, you know you want to- nevermind. XD

  • Sorry, I meant a buffalo.

  • I love it when baby America twirls that bull round and round over his head. Ah America in its' prime.

  • One world : England is fuckin sexy here 8=::::::::D

  • there are bound too be obstacles waiting before him! Vast rich natural reasorces!

And strangely feathered people who are more angry tha....WAIT WHAT???!!!

  • I wonder how many people are going to look up the song after watching this.

  • OMFG! England has a pretty awesome singing voice.. dreamy!

  • Awwwz

  • Wait...which song from Phantom of the Opera was he singing?

  • @stargirl1254 "Phantom of the Opera". Like, that's the name of the song.

  • @stargirl1254 WHOA! so that's what he's singing!!!??? it was driving me crazy!! i can get some sleep at night again :3

  • @stargirl1254 "the phantom of the opera." Literally lol

  • Fun Fact: The narrator of Hetalia also directed it. She's responsible for this wonderful dub. :D

  • @stargirl1254

i love it when she goes

"Holy crap a talking muffin" with such a straight voice. its must have taken her FOREVER to do it without laughing!

  • @stargirl1254 Another fun fact; she voices china XD

  • @stargirl1254 if I remember correctly, she also voiced Chibitalia. ^^

  • Wait a minute.....

    HONEY-SEMPAI!????

  • Kawaii! LOL Britain's singing voice is pretty

  • Baby America. Again. IS FUCKING CUTE!! CUTE!!!

  • Press 4. He says 'tickles'.

    YES.

  • HHHHNNNNNNGGHHHHAAAA IGGY SINGING PHANTOM OF THE OPERA HNNNGGHGGHGHGHGH -gasms-

  • Da'aw! Cute, chubby, Baby America! *squee*

  • 0:04 ENGLAND SOUNDS LIKE A SEX GOD. 'NUFF SAID.

  • "By the way, you'll probably wanna pause the video if you actually wanna read all of this."

By the way, you'll probably wanna put in subtitles so we can actually read all of that.

    -_______-

  • @Turdyfartysmell There's subtitles on the DVD version, which I highly suggest buying. All the subtitles take up a good part of the screen, hence why I didn't rip them onto this version. Sorry to disappoint, but you should probably just get the DVD if you seriously want to read it. Or find the comic its based off of.

  • @RocciePuppy Sorry, I didn't mean to sound rude! I was trying to be sarcastically funny, but I obviously failed DX I do in fact have the DVD version, so it's fine, I have read it before.

  • @RocciePuppy Dude!! There are DVDs for the DUV version???? I WANT THEM!!! I mean, I prefer the original, but Italy's voice is so funny..also England's and France's voices are pretty good xD

  • Anyone someone please tell me me what episode this is!

  • @xxxbleedingheartxxxx Episode 40

  • Omg I turned on the captions and it said something about an iphone XDD

  • You know... As a "Strange feathered person who's more angry than greatful" I should be offened. I'm not though, in fact, as soon as England said that line, He became my all time favorite character in Hetalia. I mean it, I have never laughed at something so offenseive in my entire life and I love England for that.

  • And America invented:

    BUFFALO WINGS.

  • aahhh >w< america you so cute

  • why would you sing phantom of the opera to a baby?

  • I heard this is the most popular pairing in all of hetalia X)

  • this is why i dun watch dubs...I CAN NEVER FCKING HEAR THEM D:<

  • *dies*

Lol if my stepdad watched this scene, he would probably make me stop watching hetalia.

"Strangely feathered people who are more angry than grateful." (He's native american. One time he made us drive home in the middle of the movie Rango, because it was a western)

    Beatles reference

douche France (He cusses all the time. He still makes me watch PG even though I'm 13)

America, and Britain, together. (huuuge homophobe, he would take that the wrong way and call England a child molester)

  • awwwww so cute

  • D: it's gone too far! I wanna marry a landmass! ;___; I love you England.

  • @TheNightcloudHATER HAHAHA. no.

    You Americans left us, remember?

  • And leaving him alone was your first mistake Iggy

  • Come on England, finish the song.

  • i love the phantom of the opera thing.

  • Awww that was sooo cute! :) They should have a Canada and France thing then it will be complete ^^

  • What was England singing?

    'Dunno why...but it sounded familiar...

  • @MrKeepinitreal123 he was singing phantom of the opera XD

  • "Maybe America will be just fine on his own after all" ...? YEAH THANKS ENGLAND. If you realized that sooner we wouldn't have had the revolutionary war xD

  • yay buffalo! ^^

  • N'aww! England, let me bear your children!
