"Anyways" is NOT a word. It is improper grammer used by uneducated people who disrespect the English language. Go back to grade-school and learn correct usage of your native language.
ever heard a person speaking cognie(spelling?) almost impossible to understand ^^ but i think a lady of sorry just mentioned that. but i know what you are saying.
excuse me i have problems with words with the letter s, i pronounce it as shhh, of course is speak spanish but i was wondering if you could help me improve with specials exercises for my problem. Thank you
I have to say the whole 'ENGLISH PEOPLE SPEAK CLEAR' thing isn't right at all. The clear 'cliche' accent is called Recieved Pronounciation (rp/queens english) and only a few of us have it. There are many other accents, like Geordie and scouse which are very unclear to some one who isn't native.
an overatriculated consonant is always an accent, using accent with rhetorical reason will result an senseless interpretation. In German it is a new fashion to spy out all consonants you can catch. I only fell confronted with a bitchy personal secretary, controlling, instead of understanding. A t and a s are very strong sounds, you only have to pronounce them and it will be sufficient. A clear vowel is important for understanding, but that's more difficult.
i am a female. I have problems singing low notes and the voice doesn't seem to come out. But when I sing in higher notes, my tone gets clearer and louder compared to the low ones. One of my tutor says that I'm a soprano. However I noticed some sopranos can hit the low notes clearly as well. It seems like my voice is shaking when i sing low. I don't know what's wrong with my voice. Good video there warrior!! XD
In conversational speech it does merit adjustment to, but in lyrics?
Consonants aren't pronounced at the end with good reason. The point of a song is to be vocally/musically aesthetic, not provide a means of getting a message across. Stressing the consonants in a song can distort a vital syllable in a verse, and that's key for poetry, music and oftentimes rhythmic prose.
If you've ever listened to music, you'll see that dropping consonants often happens on purpose (esp. in high notes).
im scottish and my accent is very hard to understand but when i speek clearer and slower every 1 can understand me no problem i actually belive the scottish accent spoken clearly and properly is the easyest in the word to understand is this just me or has no1 actually herd a scot talking properly?
Wow! :O Awsome, thanks! A lot of older people, like... my teachers some time have trouble hearing when i'm speaking on english cause iv'e got this american slang-words in most of my sentences, but now, i'll try to speak clearer.
I always see the performers in our school musicals warming up with the alphabet and silly tongue twisters and wondered why they were doing it. If Kurt Cobain had practiced more of his "pleasant mother pheasant plucker" exercises we might actually understand his songs. But I guess Nirvana wasn't exactly striving to sound British.
Amazing, the first person that I've come across (so far) actually talking about diction in a vocal training course! Thank you for mentioning it. Personally, I believe that proper diction should be a base before you get to (or in addition to) areas such as breathing exercises, riffs runs etc. This is just my opinion:)
Consonance recurrence or repetition of consonants especially at the end of stressed syllables without the similar correspondence of vowels. From Merriam Webster

I have that problem sometimes, you are most likely not opening up your throat enough and using your windpipe. Keep watching this guys videos, breathing has so much to do with all the ways we use or voice.
Cool I suck dick at singing but I also think it's just because of puberty, but when I'm done through puberty, I don't want a low ass voice or a high ass voice. I want to be able to hit high notes well but then hit low notes well too but I want a middle voice. You guys probably dont give a shit but I do. Any way, Can anybody tell me how to hit high notes better?
It's really hard at the beginning, especially at your age, for you might change to falsetto more easily by accident. Try doing rising scales up, you should find your headvoice like that
your singing with your throat and not with your diaphram. for a beginer to know what there diaphram is, when you yawn and you feel that back part of your throat goes up, thats called your soft pallet. when you sing it should be like that, open left, and you can sing and sing. and your voice wont feel as horse as it does the next day. hope that helps.
you will see if he speaks clear if u turn on captions,no problem
