@WilhelmDrake The guy interrupting was a Brandeis professor and after he couldn't answer Chomsky's reply he started speaking to the audience and asking them to stay after the event so he can present the other side. Since the event was over the allotted time the moderator ended it.
@WastedTourist I've had the great fortune of seeing/hearing him speak 4 times in person and when he's challenged is when he shines the most.
