I think the blood makes more sense because if you censor a game too much it might still send the wrong message that people will not be harmed as much even if they are run through wit weapons. Also, why just take out the blood if you are editing it. It pretty much is the same thing.

No offense, but she's one of the easier bosses; she just takes awhile. Just wait until she attacks then go in for a couple of hits until she blocks, then back off and watching for invincible attacks or when she sits down (run the hell away when she sits and recharge your sword and/or start a low charge attack). Lather, rinse, repeat. When she starts hitting the gimps, dodge all of them before you go to take them out.
