Mr. Murray was preparing to tee off and he needed somebody to hold his Coke bottle. His caddy wasn't there, so he yelled something witty out to the crowd like, "Hey, can somebody hold this for me?" Then he threw the bottle into the crowd. Unfortunately (many would argue that it was fortunate) the guy who got it in the face wasn't paying attention.

Bill Murray's antics on the course are usually pretty ignorant. People always say he is so funny on the course, but I think he gets too rude and makes a mockery of events. He is a funny guy in general though.

Well, basically I walk into the E.R, fill out a quick two-sided form (name, address, any medical conditions etc), show them my provincial health care card. (Issued to every citizen, it's 50 dollars or so for the admin fee, but after that it's good for life or you move to another province.) They stitch me up and send me on my way. Doesn't usually take more than an hour or two if your bleeding.

I should note that it's not all free, you have to pay a small cost for perscriptions, but most employers in Canada gives universal health coverage that covers dental, eyesight, part of the cost of perscriptions, and a lot of them are giving you one free massage a month (which is awesome for me, being a registered massage therapist, I get paid by insurance companies)

I should also note that while pretty much all health care is either free or very cheap to cover with insurance if it's not, the waiting times for things such as hip replacements and major surgery are longer than most countries with privatized health care. On the other hand, when I had my baby, there was an extremely rare complication that required an emergency c-section and a week of being in the hospital. Our bill? $40 for a private room.

Small towns it's a lot faster, but they put everything they can in you to get the bill up because they usually need money, therefore putting you on a shitload of meds and checking for things you have no medical reason for having like strep throat for a broken arm.
