  • @Jimbucc - You're welcome! Glad your dryer repair went well.

  • Thanks for the video. I think it made it alot easier to remove the whole dryer box instead of trying to pull the dryer element out by itself.

  • Wish Kitchenaid dryer was easy like that Whirlpool, The heating element in the kitchen aid is big, goes up under the top back section so the whole back thing needs to come apart. Do you have any suggestions. Maybe it is just my dryer is old, it came with the house.

  • @jasneskis We have a lot of repair help for older model dryers on our website. Are you able to locate your model #? If not, let me know and we can point you in the right direction.

  • Thank you for this video!! :)

  • @jayharper808 You're very welcome!

  • Where do you find the model number of the Whirlpool dryer?

  • @MrJimmysax There are a few common places on dryers where the model number should be. Either on the upper left hand back corner, on the cabinet frame, inside the door, or near the front of the cabinet side. For gas dryers, check for the model number behind the front access panel. For a diagram go to Partselect. com and in the big orange search box click on the “Need help finding your model number?” then select your appliance type.
