  • Cute dress

  • @QueenofAntarctica Thanks -- it's theoretically a skirt but I've decided to wear it as a dress -- wearing skirts as dresses is awesome. . . : ) at least for my shape, if it fits at my hips it tends to fit pretty well on my chest/at least sometimes.

  • Truly inspirational, Caroline. Your enthusiasm for fresh veggies puts me in the mood. I fancy a few crisp, tangy radishes. Some onions, perhaps. A pepper or two. Then some sweet iceberg lettuce to cleanse the palate. You'll have me back on the Vegan wagon in no time, dear! Is chocolate pudding really all that healthy--by the way?

  • TEASE!!!

  • @FuckJeffG0ldblum hey now, look on the bright side. . .you can always go to the grocery store and get yourself corn, tomato/e, cucumber, puding. . .and do a video! : )

  • was the corn cooked? very interesting vid :)

  • @defiant289 no way was the corn cooked! Why, it even still had it's end stalk attached -- though I had peeled it back to rinse it before the video started. . .

  • @TransexualTriumphs i didnt know you could eat it raw....what did it taste like

  • gourmande?

  • Did you know that a carrot is the only vegetable that is healthier when cooked.. Apparrently the cooking weakens the cell like structure of the carrot.

  • @wendy11372a nope, I disagree. . .yes, the carrot is one of the veggies which can't be fully digested without being cooked but I still believe it's healthier raw. . .the fiber of any fruit/veggie is undigestible. . .and yet being "undigestible" it's not less healthy/ if you cook the carrot while you are able to get stuff you couldn't get from it raw you also still lose other nutrient stuff if you cook it -- but at least uncooked it's uncooked -- you process uncooked foods quicker

  • @wendy11372a [comment continual] as i was saying, uncooked foods you process and expell within 24 hours but cooked foods take up to 100 hours to go through. . .

  • @TransexualTriumphs my comment referred to extracting vitamin A from carrots. Refer to Adelle Davis noted vitamin expert.
