it didn't work I tried it with a small under inflated balloon and while I was holding it , it popped

Are U sure. Maybe you wasn't holding the fork correctly. I'm sorry your balloon popped on you. It takes some practice. Cos in my video. My balloon didn't pop at ALL!!!! Would U like for me to REPLACE your balloooon!!!! :)

I use the tip of a ball point pen. less sharp than a fork
