I was very fortunate to have met Alan this past few days, as he was speaking at the venue where I work. He was very humble and giving of his time.

The next day, I was making my way thru town heading home from work and who should be cutting a swathe thru the crowded streets with his cane but Mr Moore. He's a warm and approachable guy as long as you don't crowd him or barrage him, and he's got a lot of time for kids.

I just feel honoured i've met a Warlock! Not many people can say that :)

Information is not a substance. Information is conveyed by the arrangement of matter (e.g. pixels on screen make up a picture) & changing arrangement of matter (video consists of changing pictures).

In my opinion, the concept of information is very well defined and undestood through signal theory (information, message) & systems theory (matter, medium).

I think that's part of Moore's point. Information is intangible, and thus spiritual.
