Sad to say, but how much do you want to bet that haircut cost the bloke at least a few thousand votes. US is not exactly the most accepting country in this regard, curiously enough, despite producing most of such styles/movements/subcultures.

@NickCarefoot because realistically either party is going to win. despite the voter turnout for Obama, Americans want hope and change, but refuse to make change themselves. from something simple like voting for a different party, or major like revolting against congress to force them to limit terms, overturn their legal immunity, etc.
