I actually do have a routine. My holistic nutritionist helped me form one because i was like you and didn't separate the two. When I get home, I wash my face, change clothes and then play piano for an hour. In essence I'm washing work away, changing my attitude, and relaxing for home.

The simple act of washing your face may be all you need to separate work from home. Try it! :)

I usually go for a walk while listening to either music or podfic on my ipod for about 30 to 60 minutes.

It was lovely! It's so nice that it's not all dark and gloomy by the time I get home now.

Hmm, I'm not sure that advice was helpful enough for a cupcake. :P Although, if I didn't turn on for work, maybe people would stop giving me so much... It might be cupcake-worthy after all.

I'm a carer, so when I come home, I just lounge around, play some games on the PC and the Wii. now where my cupcake ;)
