I can't stand when people interrupt movies when it is very expensive to go watch one. I once had someone literally stand right in front of me during an entire movie talking to the person right beside me. I was too nice to say anything, LOL. I saw and heard maybe 1/20th of the movie.
Now when someone talks or I see a light from a phone I politely make them stop with the annoyances.
Most of the time, I am not bothered. It does happen occassionally though. Teens can be noisy sometimes. But I have found that it is real old people that are the noisest. Last time I went to the show, 2 old women were talking about their dogs. I had to tell them they were being to loud. They did not take it well, but they could see that everyone else was staring at them also. Teens mostly have their feet all over the other seats.
@yllekr123 True. I remember going to see a move with the whole bloody row in front of me chattering like neurotic chipmunks. All of them women in various age categories. I told them "Shhhh!" and they started shushing back. Ran out, got an employee and demanded it stop. Success but I still lost about two minutes from the movie.
I work at a cinema and am constantly having to point out cinema etiquette. Our staff are regularly having to tell customers not to be impolite no talking no putting your feet on the back of people's seat etc etc the list of bad behaviour goes on. I never understand why people pay for a ticket and then talk all the way through it just go home or sit in your car but don't ruin the movie experience for others.

AHHHHHHH you're back! We thought we offended you! :) Always love to see you're smiling face! And we would pay money to watch you assault strangers!

@humanspam You've never come close to offend me and I'm happy no one tried throttling you during those scare vids. ;)
