  • 我贊成“the best version of this piece I have ever heard”+1

  • This is pretty good IMO, but cannot compare to Diana Damrau's matchless performance, especially of this song. No one, and that includes Cecilia Bartoli, Kiri Te Kanawa, Rene Fleming, Deanna Durbin and the late Joan Sutherland could sing Alleluia the way Diana Damrau does. She is definitely in a class of her own. DD is the top soprano par excellence!

  • Oh my goodness! Beautiful! 1:24...........

  • I love the control of her voice. To me it is moving to the point I can't get enough of her singing. :)

  • This is surprising; I remember her being pretty boring as Almirena on the Rinaldo recording, but she sings so much better here! I guess Mozart must be her thing.

  • Beautiful voice.

  • A promising, lovely young singer with a crystal-clear, pure tone and impeccable Italian diction. She seems best suited to soubrette roles, and her Sifare in that really weird Mitridate was fantastic.

  • This is probably the best version of this piece I have ever heard. Completely flawless. Bartoli, Flemming, Kanawa and others are great to, but I like this lady the most (I have no idea who she is though).

Bartoli probably has more power in her voice than anybody, but she has some weird Sicilian thing whenever she pronounces words with an A.

  • Although I have not heard all available recordings, I think Elly Ameling probably had one of the best recordings I have ever heard.

  • @McHangover

Bartoli has power in her voice on records, anyone who heard her live probably knows that. She is very good technically, but her voice can be heard in very small concert halls or opera houses. IMO of course

  • @McHangover Exactly. And Bartoli's style is not proper for this piece. When she sings Alleluja it resembles sport compatitions, Guinness World Record, not majesty of classicism. And Miah is excelent for it.

  • This work Mozart composed for a castrato not

for a woman...:)Nevertheless five stars ! I recommend: Boysoloist Ferdinand Jankowitsch

  • Well...you won't find any castratos around anymore...lol

  • Thank Godness:

No castratos around the world ...:)

Sorry: I did not mean that ladies should not sing this Mozart work. My comment only should be an information and promotion for my video (tag Jankowitsch...:).

  • If you want a man singing it try Michael Maniaci.

  • Never heard of her; but, wow!

Her voice is very similar to Kiri's :P
