My First thought was Gyro copter, but shortly before end you can see rear prop. So does this thing have Wings providing lift or is that acheived through a Horizontal rotor like a chopper?
A lot of dynamic vibration in that stick; probably the rotor blades are improperly balanced or not tracking properly. I'd be tracking down the problem if I were him or he could be looking at a catastrophic in-flight failure
