  • I'm going to be buying the m18x, but since I don't live in the States, Alienware do not offer any kind of support chat (calling is for US only, and when I tried to do the chat thing, it also says you need to be in the US). So what I am wondering is; have you heard anything about a fix of this problem, because frankly, I don't want to have to go through the same thing as you, and drop my beast laptop, after working so hard to get it. Otherwise I will just get a different bag.
