Assuming that it was 100m the guy in the video did do it in that time (I used a stop watch to time him), However, you could shave some time off that if you improved your start (seriously flawed) and adopted better arm action.

I am a sprinter, & i can see that it is not 10.60. sorry but its impossible because even with the video time it passes 11sec. and video time is real bad so that means you did passed 11 sec. sorry if i blew your bubble :/

Its backwards because the wind is coming from that direction. They changed it so that this 100 meter dash would be wind aided. So I don't think he can run a true 10.6
