  • Sure, you laugh at Robin's classic costume, but if you saw him coming at you, you knew you were screwed.

  • What are you doing here, Mr.Tambor?

  • no taunting robin, you're the one wearing a swimsuit

  • I luv Robin, (especially in Young Justice), Dick Grayson is the best EVER! However, in BTBATB, he looks like he's in his underwear!

  • DOUBLE RAINBOW LASER!!!!!!!!!

  • the teen titan version of robin was way better

  • Which villain is this? The Painter? hahaha

  • @juliocesar24 Crazy Quilt. He was a gangster who was also an artist. When B&R found him out, Robin (Dick Grayson) accidentally blinded him, driving him insane and giving him an obsessive hatred for Robin. Robin defeated CQ and he was sent to Arkham. Years later Quilt escaped and nearly beat Jason Todd to death, not realizing this was a different Robin. For a fan of Z-rate Batvillains such as myself, CQ is awesome.

  • @brnleague99 piece of shit villian/piece of shit cartoon, be objective, don't be such a "die hard dark knight fan".

  • @juliocesar24 Can't help it. Been a diehard Batman fan since I was 12. That was 22 years ago. *grin*

  • @brnleague99 you are disgusing that you are 12, you put it right there, go and play your call of duty online game kid.

  • @juliocesar24 but he said that was twenty two years ago -_-

  • Puns, puns everywhere

  • I think that it would be a bit more ironic if Quilt became color-blind instead of blind!

  • @BlockBusterStudios1 I know... I thought he would end up color blind as well... I figured thats why he had the helmet on later... oh well guess writers didn't think as we did!

  • robin looks gay

  • @10cm10 No, Robin just doesn't wear pants.

  • @10cm10 thats how the robin looked back in the 60's i guess this batman series is alright since it took the same art style from the 60's with better quality

  • "No taunting Robin." Um... I thought that was the whole point of the sidekick? He gets all the good jokes and allows the hero to be the straight man.

  • add biff bang and pow and we got the sixties television show

  • This whole series kinda reminds me of the Justice League episode where Green Lantern, Flash, Hawkgirl, and Jonn met the justice guild. All the bad puns and blocky designs

  • "He learn the hard way that justice is blind"

Damn, this batman is even worse than superman xD Still a funny one xD

  • man its not my fault but i fucking love robin is one of my favourite characters ever made, also the fact that he becomes the next batman makes him the fukin best thing ever, dick grayson isw the shit and i fuckin beat the shit out of those who think different

  • Batman and his puns...

  • hey! where's batgirl? oh yeah, she's the oracle...i think

  • why is hes symbol changed

  • It's a flashback Batman wore the symbol without the yellow oval for the first 25 years of publication 1939-1964 the oval was added in 1964 as a ditch effort to update the character to save Batman from cancellation. This is an homage to his 50's look the art is inspired by Dick Sprang's look for Batman

  • When a guy in a rainbow suit tells the dynamic duo to came forth and submit, you know it's time to hide the kids.

  • this is dick, right?, i cant say is is he or jason?

  • dick, jason todd didn't come around till well after golden age and this show is completely set back then

  • Actually this is an homage to the silver age of DC Comics. When Batman (DC added another book for the caped crusader after the smash hit TV series improved Batman comic sales)teamed up with other heroes

  • hmm...idk, it has Ace the crime fighting dog in it...

  • Ace was introduced in the silver age and kept on making appearances well into the 60's till Neal Adams and Denny O Neil retooled Batman in the late 60's

  • @WeasleyDodds yea its dick

  • Batman: The Animated Series is by far the best Batman cartoon show ever. The Batman doesn't even come close. This Brave and the bold is just fun stuff.

  • batman tas was surrounded by the 90s setting and when the batman came out they wanted to follow batman begins and take it to a new direction and batman brave and the bold is to stay close to the comics and bring younger kids into the eqatioun

  • Yeah i don't mind the brave and the bold, but the batman just never cought my eye. I had my batman series, the other ones r 4 new generations. Besides if u like Batman TAS y r u gonna watch the batman when u still have the old batman on justice league?

  • well its not just the batman tas i follow i also follow the comics and all the other tv seirs i love batman lol my girl friend hates it when i drag her to the comic store but she always ends up getinng something so it works out haha and i think brave and the bold will work out for this younger gen though

  • I think they should make a series of lego batman a tv show of lego batman what you think i accually like the lego btta than the animatoin ! :P

  • Robin, don't make fun of him, now blind him with this lazer.

  • yeah the dynamic duo is back baby

  • Robin just blinded someone, how is that ment to be for kids.

  • it is to bring in younger kids and comic book fans thats why its more authentic to the comics then anything else

  • I'm glad they stuck with the old-school Robin costume and personality.

I love how he's also 'HOLY (insert some words) BATMAN'

    @Colinfahy

And by the way, this isn't suppossed to be a dark show, or compared to TAS or The Batman, it's a blast from the past (we're talking 50's). The art style is from the silver age of comics.

  • This entire piece could have come from Andy Warhol. Insane man with a rainbow cannon mounted on a tank. With enough balls of call himself crazy quilt you know this guy means business. Someone could do a thesis on this thing. :D

  • this is the batman cronicals batman and robin

  • These character designs are hardly bad! It's like they took Dick Sprang's Batman and Robin and put them to animation, and that is awesome. :D

  • This show isn't meant to be dark, though a couple episodes are. It's meant to capture the fun of the classic Batman, not the recent films and television series. Not every superhero series has to be dark. As for the art work, it's not as good as Batman: The Animated Series, but I think it's better than the style in The Batman.

  • The Batman was the best.

brave and bold is almost as good.

  • No. "The Batman" was okay but the best Batman Animted Series was the Animated UNIVEARSE helmed by Bruce Tim and Paul Dini.

  • @Bruin007

    i freakin agreed !

  • @Bruin007 but its defintely not as good as the new batman adventures

  • @Bruin007 the drawings suck though. D:

  • You fail at appreciating the historic significance.

    "The Batman" was a farce.

  • Shut up The Batman is the best series

  • @3iD0LoN You fail at the point of not rehashing an established series

  • YEAH ROBIN

  • AW YEAH SHORT SHORTS

  • ew robin is wearing short-shorts

  • Take that crazy quilt you ASSHOLE

  • F*ck Year.

  • No taunting, Robin!

  • So WICH robin is it then?

  • Dick Grayson

  • Holy delusions of grandeur, Batman!

  • @RedDoodle3 I KNOW! I laughed my ass off when I heard that!
