What ever you are expereincing now in this life is due to your past actions. She doesn't mean that the Chinese victims should suffer but telling the facts and she would not wish even your worst enemy to suffer and this a buddhist thought and beleive. I would rather consider as a result of bad Karma if official buildings and Olympic stadiums are collapsed and " CCP's Twin Devils" HU jin Tao and Wen jia Bao die at once in a massive earthquake. But not those innocent people including Tibetans and thier buildings and schools.
