Ape Escape playstation move PS3 Demo

Okay, this is hardly enjoyable. What they've done is basically transform an awesome series in AEINO (Ape Escape In Name Only).

Why take away what made a series so great and turn it into something that is your standard rail shooter BS? No rhyme or reason to this at all. The only recognizable facet of the series now is the monkeys, but that's basically it. The main character basically is just there, and I don't really find much redeemable here.

Bring the old series back, dammit!

This game is raped from the original Ape escape 1 in ps1. I am extreamly disappointed that nowdays games from old days legends are so ruined from its original path.

Now Why do they insist on making it suck with those silly spin-offs.

My Advice; Stick to the series & Give us the Ape Escape 4.

Why is that mascot thing on the apes heads?? I know that he/she/it is some kind of japanese children cjaracter in Japan but ... why?

It´s a russian character not a japanese one. It´s called Чебурашка or Cheburashka which means falling over with a loud noise and it´s what the character did and why it got its name. Its usually accompanied by a large crocodile called Gena. The japanese think Cheburashka is cute and you usually do not see the crocodile in japan. Snoopy and a lot of other characters are also popular in japan and they usually dont know anything about the character they just like cute characters.

While I agree that i'd rather see a proper Ape Escape 4, there's nothing wrong with Sony making spin-offs of the game. And if you'd actually watch through the video you'd see that it involves timing and reflexes, not just mindlessly swinging the controller around. I think the anime cutscenes are a nice touch though.

Also I should ask if you've actually played this game or not, you only need timing and reflexes if you force yourself to not swing controller to win.

Easy-as-piss Lightgun Shooter for a bit, once a monkey comes on screen flail the controller around for a few seconds, you win.
