This was definitely my favorite fight in the game. It was challenging but not overwhelmingly difficult, Vader's attacks were awesome, and the final quick button press sequence was epic. Way better than the fight against Palpatine. I just wish I could say the same for the dark side ending cutscene.

Its an alternate ending. I hate it too though, they just underpowered him so he could be defeated, killed and so they could make extra alternate levels to cash in.

Vader was defeated because of his overconfidence. Besides, he killes like all the jedi in the jedi temple and then hunts down the rest.

HE IS THE CHOSEN ONE!!! He has the highest medichlorian count registered and finally brings balance to the force (after all he did kill the emperor).

Im just saying he is really cool and deserves a comeback. Besides, he doesnt hold a lightsaber backwards in such a retarded way like starkiller does.

I agree. Its retarded, Darth Vader is the chosen one. Its just Lucasarts trying to cash a lot of money by making a ridiculously and inconsistently strong character.

By the way, they made him die just so they could make expansions that they could sell.

Oh, and they made him really stiff and underpowered so he could be beaten. Shame on Lucas for this. Darth Vader deserves more than this, he is like the coolest villain and i dont agree with having a random boy beat him for the sake of it.

But he needs the mask to breath...not to hide how he looks. he kills ppl for a living. i doubt Anakin cares about his face. In the final fight right here (dark side ending) he only has a little bit of time left he can live without his mask or he will suffocate.

the sith ending to this game is basically a what-if part were vader dies, jedi is the true ending which leads to the 4th movie which in my opinion ties really well into the 3 original movies about how rebellion started

sweet I also was hearing a rumor that there thinking of putting online multiplayer in Force Unleashed as downloadable content for the 360 and PS3 versions. Which the multiplayer was exclusive for the Wii version of this game but that multiplayer for the wii version isn't online while they say the PS3 and 360 versions will. when fighting the emporer firstly never use lightning on him it is weak and in force fight so hard to win lol! when uses lightnin block and send back at him when he throws shit at u hide behind the quarte circe shaped things i suggest slashing with saber and force push also when he gets help use block circle or B to knock em over then use saber finished on them to keep health high =] good luck i chose emporer first ending sucks!

No, he gets turned into the Sith Stalker and lives out the rest of his life, essentially as Sidious' (weakened) servant like Vader. Probably one of the cooler dark side endings I've seen though, right up there with the DS ending of Dark Forces II.
