  • Gorgeous! Thanks for Sharing!

  • The gold Cross is just beatiful, thank you for the video!!!

  • Hard to imagine more beautiful jewelry than the hand made filigree. I've learned that it is an old tradition in Greece as well. I like most that they can make any design you wish, based on your own drawing.

A mixture of water, grapes winegar and sodium bicarbonate make them look like new. Greek Silver , as far as I know, leave traces on the skin if health problems occure. Not to mention that like hand made Gold jewelry it goes slightly into the body heallling[?]. And "protecting", for sure!

  • PO PO POOOOOOOO POLOI WREA NASE KALA ,PANTA *****SE EFXARISTWWWWWWWWW

  • wow i love it

  • Beautiful - absolutely beautiful! Πολύ ωραία τέχνη!!!! Looking forward to more documentaries!

  • I would be interested to study this art form do you give seminars?

    Do you manufature for others?

  • What is that tool that he makes the spirals with?

  • Looks like a pin vise holding a metal tip with a slit in the middle. Insert the gold ribbon in the slit and spin it. I would imagine there are different shaped tips for texture, hence the use of the pin vice.

  • I am proud to have a Cypriot father and 22yrs ago he bought me one of these beautiful crosses with a pearl in the centre and I admire the workmanship more now than I did then...I have those 1st earrings you showed too but with ruby in the centre..Given by my Godmother they are now 40yrs old and still beautiful..I will pass these down to my daughter..they are so beautiful..thanks for sharing your skill :) xxxxxx

  • This is such beautiful filgree! I enjoyed watching this video VERY MUCH!

    Thankyou for sharing!

  • Fantastic work!

I feel that fabrication on this level is not emphasized nearly as much as it should be (at least not in the US).

    Truly inspiring!

  • Love your work

Very intricate and well executed pieces

If you have access to oxygen bottles you could try using an lpg and oxygen torch called "The little torch" (registerd trade mark)

I've used one for years and wouldn't go back to using straight lpg...

It has pinpoint accuracy when making small items and with the right tips can be as large a flame as needed for larger work such as your silver filigree

All in all you have inspired me to try filigree in gold

    Cheers

    Utooth

  • If you were watching closley you would notice that he uses them to hold the metal while he works..
