I just wanted to say that even though this clip portrays what happened in an entirely different way, It was a wonderful experience that i am truly thankful for. I NEVER FELL, it is a choreographed leap where you roll afterwards. The clip is in slow motion with an added sound. I performed my ENTIRE PIECE that was clipped down. No one ever knew i bumped my head until it was played in slow motion. When i was at the mic. is when it started to appear.

I wanted to wait to say something and i'm glad i can point this out. It is just shocking to see this edited out but i'm thankful i had the opportunity to perform. Its what I do and i will continue on. Dancers are injured all the time....It's part of what we do. I am a professional dancer who is consistent with what i do and thankfully have never really been injured before. Thank you to everyone who has had my back with this editing controversy :)

In my tap class we learning to jump rope while tap dancing and as i was running out i got tripped and hit my head on the heater. so i agree with you that is just part of a dancers life they will eventually get hurt no matter what.

@peacelovejoy26 it is the exact same thing because it is the same exact clip...i was told by the casting staff they "couldn't find where i had bumped my head and had to slow it down to find it because my piece was flawless." Before the show aired they called me back in November about it. There was added sound effects and it is clearly slowed down.There was indeed editing. Look at my piece on my page. There were witnesses in the audience that have been backing me up when it happened.

Yes my page LeleDance07 has it, It's called "Blinding"and you can see a difference in the speed from this clip to my vid. :) After I Performed my entire piece and had the standing ovation on the show the bump formed when i was getting critiqued so none knew until then that i bumped my head!
