There is a way to open the remote shutdown dialog by right clicking the desktop and going on new or click file new in say my documents and click shortcut then when it says browse and stuff type shutdown -i and then choose whatever name u want then open it and the remote shutdown should come up. Very useful if CMD is blocked and is easier too. I was on my Vista machine at the time so im sure it should work on XP, 7 etc.
Okay so if I do this, and my school server shuts down. What happens then? Lets say the computer geeks who teaches at my school are kind of dumb, how would they know how to revive the server back? And lets say IF I get caught, how am I supposed to revive the server back? Help~
@CraftGames no but is that beacause you cant save it in the first place?? if so then save if on a USB or the DVD drive as they are unprotected then you can open it from there :)
That is really basic, you should use Beast2.07 and create a backdoor in the server, and just like change the website or whatever, if there's an open network hardrive, you can mount the beast server and have it email you the keylogger.
Yeah this will never work at my school. Cmd is locked for any1 but admin, and batch files are locked. I'd have to spend some time to figure a way by. Some source code would help. Well i can always hope.
@CillersFan yo try this (1 open notepad and typ in the notepad (what ever you wont forget) than you should save it as (CMD.BAT) it ll show up on the desktop click the new file on the desktop and b00m you have cmd ;) or use the flag icon on your keyboard and combine it with r like windows flag-key+r itl open...
To take down the server at my school all you have to do is take out the network cables from two ports and place one conecting them together so the cable is from port to port with no computers involved. and its down. the technitians have to search all IT rooms for the looped cable :D
this is BS, you obviously have access to the server and can map drives, this is not a real life scenario. permissions are very restricted on drive mapping, only when seen on the network you will be able to write on your own folder profile only and have no permissions whatsoever on the rest of the folders. you can only do this if you have administrator rights to the server.
@andresitojimenez At my college there's network drives which are writable. Lots of people put crap on em it's ridiculous.
I shutdown a few for lolz and also uploaded a ton of spam/crap. Their like 500gb and I have no idea what they use em for but..... I've shut em down for fun and it seems like no one cares so I do it because no one cares.
@andresitojimenez its possible at my college xD you just do /add administrators [name] and voila you now have an account this is assuming you've retrieved that name for the admin server group which is usually administrators you log onto it after you've made the account and then do this
Ehh... I have a question. My school servers are very secured. I can't even open CMD. It types out some error message that it's restricted. Will this bypass the restriction?
@ITGuru0111 im sorry but CMD is blocked out as wel... altho i can run it but as soon as i try to chanche or view any thing what is importand: resister user acounts passwords. ill get acces denied or cmd shuts down or the whole pc goes down.
(ps: they even block out folders/programs installed on a usb flash drive...)
nice man.. i know it will work at my school because i have used remote shutdown shortcut disguised as internet explorer to prank my teacher. but sweet.
For those who cant open command prompt.. n cant get into workpad or notebook. if you can use word. type "cmd.bat" in the word document. then go to save it. at the bottom.. it prolly say word docx as the file type . go to that n change it to "all file types" then save it as "cmd.bat" n close it . then open it n command prompt will work :D
In our school we have Adobe CS3 Master Collection so we have like 15 Adobe products like Flash Photoshop and Fireworks :) of course we have amny other programs :) but in our school you can't hack it. 1) command prompt is disabled 2) it does not show the name of the school server and 3) whats the point it goes down like twice a week LMAO ( it wasnt me lol)
yeah 9 times out of 10 the school servers have spyware hidden in the system registry files. When the school server runs simplify suite v4 or 5, the cmd.exe shortcut does not work. In our school's system, we run SS v4. Our only apps are Word, Excel, Publisher, Geometer's Sketchpad,Paint, and calculator. Everythingelse is monitoredheavily by administration. Also allofthe incoming and outgoingconnections go through a SSLencryptionprotocol. Interms of poweringoff theservers, it is impossible.
I got access to the CMD prompt by using microsoft word, but after that I couldn't do anything else because my cmd was still restricted. Every time I typed a command in, it would say that I am not allowed to. =\
@dquad It doesn't work, because my school is very secured... :( So i've tryed to accept the CMD by the "gpedit.msc" options, but this one don't worked too ! So i've tryed by the Registry (.reg) files, don't work too...
seriously....if your going to make a video on 'hacking' haha......research yh and dont try submitting a 'hack' that wont work..well not on any computer at skl..heres a few reasons:
your skl is smarter than you it will have ppl making tht network safe in other words MONITORING IT
to do your LITTLE 'hack' you need admin control...amazing that..they dont give you that at school do they?hmm
also a shutdown command wont work on a sever as it only as full access on a number of computers.DNT MAKE BULL
umm yeah.. not good at all.. nor very effective.. i suppose my schools could just be more advanced than most but.. you have to have authority to perform a shutdown remotely, and it is very possible for the system admins to trace the source. (Technically, I am a System Admin myself)
Has anybody forgotten... well THAT THE STUDENT ACCOUNTS ARE ALWAYS MONITORED!? And 9 times out of 10 that your school has not already set the password or restrictions to run the CMD. And if you have all the time in the world to to all this without getting caught then certainly the staff aren't doing their job!
lol

you need network administrator rights to do this...
to get the password for that, use cain&abel password sniffer function.
then go to the administrator account and run the "shutdown -i"

To those who cannot access CMD,
Try accessing command.exe rather than CMD.exe
Both files are in C:/Windows/System32/ file. Access it through hyperlinking in Microsoft Office Word.
