If a women cannot claim her legally wedded husband to be punished who has committed adultery,cheating and left her no in between the hell then what is the point of registration of marriage? other than claiming pay. there might be lots of people who are rich enough to afford pay and they will be happy to do this crime anyway they wont get any punishment i think the same way a girl should be also allowed to go against a men in such instances.otherwise they might take it as a easy deal
