CMPro Cessna 182 Skylane with difficulty in landing

What Spinner are you using with the 3 blade prop? I've currently got a Dubro 2" 3-blade spinner on my plane but I had to trim down the inside to fit it over the prop hub. Like the aluminum spinner.
