you put the word acid up to suggest that acid is bad? citric acid from oranges? deoxyribonucleic acid is DNA the instructions for genetic development and functioning. im not going to argue that the raw vegan is bad for you, i am vegan and love it. the acid part is just a little ingenuous.

Ha, you're right about the protein thing. I'm transitioning to a vegetarian diet, people tell me I HAVE TO eat SOME chicken or beef. Nah. I've felt pretty good this whole week just eating fruits and veggies.

@DoctorDoubleX Just eat enough calories and you'll do fine. Try not to overdo it on the soy products, like veggie burgers, soy ice cream, clif bars, etc.
A good rule of thumb: if it doesn't have fiber in it, don't eat it.
