My cousin has a snuggie for her dog. She puts it on him after she gives him a bath. Your are so retarded....but I have asked the same question about the mani and pedi. And half the time service you get in the city is worse than what you get in the hood.

And some NY/NJ people, as I have stated before, are not use to random people coming up to them and having random conversation with them. We are not mean. We just have a different type of lifestyle.
