@archos55 12 regular push ups? lol dude the record is 12. and that guy trained like his whole life. you can't just jump 8 90 degree pushups in a month.
How do you go about training for something like this? I mean I can do standard press ups like nothing but this I couldn't even dream about. Where do you begin?
I think Tika Brumant holds the record with 11, but I can be wrong. Keep it up you can do it! And thanks for posting your videos, you are a true inspiration.
kinda but if you think about it if the 5 year old trains just as hard as this man in the video the boy will be much better suited to pushing his body weight around like this as his bones have not fully developed and thickened nor his muscles fully developed...the boy is much lighter much easier for him
Your an inspiration man, I hope you keep posting guides as well, it's really interesting to know how gymnasts train, there isn't really that much information out there.
that is SICK! That is just pure POWER! Much respect to you! Isn't the record for 90 degree push-ups 11 or 12 reps? If so, you are defenetively not far away. 5STARZ
keep trying but Willy Weldens did 20 :D watch?v=dvG07hdZm8g

Nice attempt Geoff! Although I do NOT understand why Giuliano Stroe, the little 5 year old doesn't hold the record. He did 30 in a recent video.
Aldind2x 1 year ago
@Aldind2x my guess is he is too young, it is easier when you are younger b/c you weigh less...but thats just a guess
