It's more than just what instruments they play. It's more of a "minds-combining", creativity-coming-from-every-a­ngle sort of thing I think. From what I can tell from interviews and such they seem to all be involved in most everything.

So even if a particular song features say, Thom, more or something, I think the entire thing still came out of more of a group mindset.
