i think 1:17 was achieved by different layers of flashpowder and quick-delay powder,dunno though

i make those pinwheel thing,modified bp with alumina dust and zinc dust made into 5-10 different rockets and some quick fuse to ingnite the rockets and slow fuse so you can get back
