This is a fun car, even if it doesn't drive anything like the R8 does in real life. Ditto the Nissan GT-R and Ford GT. But the awesome graphics more than make up for the game's handling inaccuracies.
Your driving skills rock,and whoa whoa whoa whoa never knew Gran Turismo5 prologue looked this good,i was under the presumption that Gran Turismo 5 is the actual game to look out for and i have come across this,sweet jesus,mother of all racing titles.I personally own gran turismo4 on the ps2,cherished every moment of my play through,ever since i bought my ps3 a couple of years back i have been waiting for the big picture(Gran Turismo5)
its flick drifting, u turn away from the turn and push pressure to the inside, then bounce back into the turn to induce a slip in all 4 wheels.
another way to drift in AWD is to tune the suspensions of the rear and front differently... but he isnt doing that, since we can see him turn to the outside of each corner lol
No. On an old tv you migth say it looks even more realistic. In 1080p (or full HD) it has a more computergamish look. But in both cases it's awesome to play....
As far as I know GT5 physics are pretty much realistic. If you can do it in game, you can do it in life! (except for driving full speed, crashing without damage!!)
Can't really remember. Probably S2 front, S1 rear. Makes the rear more loose.... Believe me, there's a difference. Try R1 front, N1 at the rear.. You'll notice something...
Lots of practice. Also rear wheel drive is totally different from 4 wheel drive. I suggest to use the 4 wheel to practice, it's easier. Try to keep half throttle during the drift... Good luck.
I'm so jealous i'm going to say Fake and Gay.
Nice driving!

the audi r8 is really good for drifts. Must have a little less traction in the back tyres or something.

@SawIndy
Nissan 240sx and Toyota Corolla gts are also great drift cars

Is it even possible to drift like that in a 4WD car ?
BugattiVeyron92 3 years ago 3
Yes since the r8 sends more than 50% of the power to the back wheels. Dunno if its 60% back and 40% front, but around that.

No, not yet. Polyphony is working on that. But believe me, that's a minor flaw.... This 'game'is sooooo good.
Thanks for the comment.
