The company have a special service wherein, you will send them your nose picture and you will receive personalized instruction... so i don't think a how to video is necessary since they said all noses are unique.
I hope you could upload a video on how to properly place the product on the nose of the actual model. The model in your site is only holding the product. This will give a clearer direction to the users.
