I think she is referring to a specific pattern of sex that permeates our Western society.. this kind of sex is basically not in alignment with the higher form of consciousness we are allegedly headed toward because it is simply of a lower vibration. How do we know how high vibration of sex we are having? Hard to say, but just having genuine passionate sex where you can literally "feel" your partners energy... its beyond physical to say the least.
