Hawaiin Airlines has terrible customer service. I have flown with them a very long time, once or twice a year roundtrip. I just recently purchased a flight and discovered shortly after that my cousin would be married on the same day as my flight. When I tried to change my flight to the next day they want $150 + fare difference! They wanted more to change my flight than the original ticket. I am poor college student and can't do that. Thanks hawaiin airlines for making me miss my cousins wedding!

Last time i went to Hawaii was on a American Airlines flight and it was the worse flight in my life. Not only was we delayed 8 hour due to technical problems with our worn out dirty old 757 but the service onboard was so bad not to mention the rude attitude from the AA airport staff. The served a shitty uneatable meal and then vanished for the rest of the flight talking shit in the galley ignoring the passengers for the rest of the flight. Next time Hawaiian, no more AA for me ever.

I love landing in Honolulu. I live in Hawaii and I fly interisland a lot. My favorite part about landing in Honolulu is seeing the military aircraft and the navy ships out in the ocean

Good video. I liked the video footage of the cabin with the mood lighting at the time of day during the flight. I also liked the take-off and landing sequences of the flight. I flew on the Hokule'a from LAX-HNL on 7/3/2010. HA's A330-200s are great planes. Mahalo for posting!
