And that wont change, people are afraid of others that dress in baggy clothing, men are atracted to women in sexy clothing. My point is that it's bad to judge, but one has to becarful on the way they dress because of the stereotypes that exist. I HATE O'REILLY!!!; however, he never stated the victim deserved or asked to be raped. He was explaining that when you act a certain way (get into a drunken stupor), dress a certain way, all in the middle of the night, you increase the chances of something bad happening to you... in this case getting raped. No one is saying rape is OK. That would be like saying people who drink and get into an accident, asked to get into an accident.
