Alice Cooper is a devout Christian, but in the special features, he mentions he feels that rock and roll shouldn't be anywhere near religion. Yet, he uses his "stage act, Alice", to expose "Satan". That is being kind of hypocritical to me. He also mentioned Marilyn Manson's philosophies, and how they differ completely with his own. I enjoy Alice Cooper's music, his message, not so much.

When Monte described his reaction to Venom, I had the same experience with Vital Remains. I'm a huge metalhead and I was new to the band.

So I bought Dechristianize and I remember being so scared after listening to two songs that I gave it to my friend.

Of course, I bought it again later on and while I'm a christian, I just remember that my beliefs aren't the same as Glen Benton or any other who may worship Satan.
