@alvi18118 nope! the macadamia oil is enough for me, I find :) sometimes I use a mask... like the l'oreal profesional one for damaged hair (it's in the yellow pot) but I ran out at the moment and haven't bought a new one yet!
Really like your haircare videos! I have the same quality of hair and color it dark to, great that I can get some of the products although I`m international (sweden).
about lighting, try closing all the doors i believe the doors are white. if background has lighter shade your face won't be too light. its just camera. hope it makes sense and helps.

Thanks for talking about the Aveda Conditioner. I went there tonight and actually selected the Clove Conditioner - the sales lady said the Black Malve was more for Black hair vs Brown. I'm excited to see what it does. :)
@ttsandra you are the only person on Youtube I honestly feel like we have similar hair, so when you talked about Aveda Clove, I had to try it. So I've used it twice now and I'm on the fence. It's definitely made my hair a little "browner". I have brown hair with red and blond natural highlights and it looks like it's kind of evened out all my colors so it's a more even pretty brown. Does that even make sense. :P It seems to dry out my hair though, so I'm only going to use it on the weekend. :)
@Redrew25 yesss i know what you mean, those colour correcting conditioners aren't exactly the deepest conditioning ones, i used my blue malva once a week too and always followed up with an argan oil. thanks for letting me know though! :)
@ttsandra That is what I was doing all day! hehe I was really surprised because all my other Aveda products never dried out my hair. I love Aveda! Did you notice any side effects using the Phyto Phytocyane? I have the same problem with "a little more hair loss than i like" ... hehe, and have been interested in that shampoo and the Phytopolleine Universal Elixer - Scalp Stimulant.

Sandra, the macdamia products I have seen them at london drugs in western canada as well...ps hautelook is amazing you should check it out!!!! Good to know what is available at shoppers I need to go there more for my beauty stuff!
Pureology is definitely my favorite. In the smoothing (bronze bottle line) they have an oil that's SUPERB, and it's not silicone-y like the Morrocan or the Macadamian. I absolutely loveeee it... I prefer it over the Morrocan and the Macadamian and I have used both of those religiously in the past. Love the hair dark, Sandra!
Thanks for writing out the list of products! I'm definitely going to try a couple items. I have been using (from shoppers) the Sally Hershberger hyper hydration super keratin spray. (to calm frizz and flyaways and heat protect). The smell reminds me of the estee lauder bronze bombshell perfume!!
I love that your videos are always straightforward, you get right to the point. I can appreciate that!! Thanks for recommending the Phyto shampoo. My hair has been shedding a lot lately as well, will definitely have to try that one out!
@ttsandra haha, I'm with you on buying things at Shoppers if possible...gotta get them Optimum points! :)
PS. My hairdresser just recommended both those brands (Phyto and Purology) to me when I needed to find new shampoo and conditioner. Now I'm totally convinced! Thanks!
Oh my gosh. I use the same Pureology shampoo and the matching conditioner. I get compliments on my hair constantly. It is the best stuff ever!!! I get highlights and color on my hair. Keeps color from fading.
Oh Sandra, why don't you record more videos?! Loove watching you and I trust your opinions. I still use and love Clarins Liquid Bronze since I watched your review :) have you ever tried kerastase? I'm willing to get macadamia oil mask but that oil looks really cool :) I might try it as well :) you look gorgeous as always ;*
hi sandra! i'm your new subbie. i love your videos. i hope you can make a skincare routine as well as make up organization video. btw,i also look forward to your hauls. thank you.
Do you like this better than Moroccan Oil? I've heard the Macadamia Oil is better for fine hair and the Moroccan is better for thicker, more textured hair. Any thoughts? Love your videos but the way : ) always so excited when I see you in my sub box
@kellinicole86 i find them almost identical to be honest! I like them both. I like the smell of Moroccan Oil better, but I prefer the fact that the Macadamia is available at a store I shop at often (and get rewards points! yay) rather than going to a salon to get the Moroccan
do u like macadamia healing or Moroccan oil better for ur hair type?
Shanap18 1 month ago
@Shanap18 they both work the same for me! love them both... I like the scent of Moroccan slightly better

@elisitac I think a bottle could easily last up to 9 months to a year, depending on how thick and long your hair is :)
