Video is confusing because they are all with the same introduction . It is also very boring !!! He speaks tooooooo much without action !!! one of the videos is entirelly dedicated to chop garlic !!!!! and the other to chop celery !!! What is this about ?? A "How to use a knife course " ? i just want the recipe !!

I'm surprised he didn't mention in this one, the onion and other veggie vids why cuts should be about the same. You cut them different sizes, they cook differently. So super small pieces will turn to mush while the others are just fine. I mean, other chefs mention it :/

this is so irritating.........just for the garlic it takes 1 video and so the other... every step is another video.... Oh man why don't you put everything in just one video. And you are not even putting label on your video...which is first and then the next and so on......... we are like guessing here......which is next to click and watch

I have to ask you. Are you a chef because that knife looks like a chefs knife. That is a nice looking knife. I want that knife. I am thinking about being a chef but I don't do the cooking in my house.
