  • Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

  • The elect in Matthew 24 says he gathers first, then the dead, and 1st Thessalonians 4 says the dead first, and then the living.Couldn't the elect be the 144,000 that were elected by god when he put the mark on their foreheads, and the dead after the 144,000 are gathered. And no journey in heaven, look at Philippians 3 verse 20,Paul was talking about Jewish traditions last trump the start of the new month sliver of the new moon last was the longest all he was saying it's a long trumpet call.

  • @m97018 The risen dead in Christ and the living believers are gathered simultaneously in 1 Thess 4. Notice the word "together" in v.17. This reflects the scenario in Matt 24:31 cf Mark 13:27 where the living elect are gathered "from the farthest end of earth" and the dead elect from "the farthest end of heaven" cf. 1 Thess 4:14. It's the same event and Jesus says it's post trib - Matt 24:29.

The elect are mentioned in Col 3:12 & 1 Pet 1:1. They are ALL the believers.

    Yes, no journey to heaven.

  • @arovir You say the dead are in heaven when the trumpet blows, when the bible says they are in the grave. And John 3 verse 13 says their is no one in heaven except for the one who came from heaven the son of man.Why are the 2 verses backwards in Matt 24 and 1 Thes 4 the dead are first in one, and then last in the other.1 Peter mentions places, not all over the world, where is the bride going to merry Jesus, won't the wedding be in heaven like Revelation 19 says,we are the ones shouting Hallelujah.

  • @m97018 1) 1 Thess 4:14 says Jesus will bring those who have died with Him when he comes. Heb 12:23 says the spirits of the righteous are in now heaven. Paul said for him to die is to depart and be with Christ, Phil 1:23. What Jesus said in John 3:13 was before His death, after which those righteous who die go to heaven.

The gathering in Matt 24 and 1 Thess 4 are the same. It's like me saying I will bring my son and daughter, and to another I say I will bring my daughter and son. No difference.

  • @m97018 2) I cannot find what you say about 1 Peter in that letter.

A multitude in heaven shouts Hallelujah in Rev 19. Notice in ch. 6 martyrs in heaven shouting. This suggests those in ch 19 are the dead in Christ. Rev 19:7-8 tells us the bride is comprised of the saints. They are mentioned being on earth in nearly every chapter in Rev covering the tribulation until Christ's coming post trib when He will be united with His bride and celebrate the wedding on earth. See the video I suggested! :)

  • @arovir Revelation 20 talks about 2 kinds of resurrections believers and unbelievers, the 2 witnesses are resurrected at mid trib, there had to be a resurrection before that., resurrection means to come back to life, and to redeem a body. The first resurrection had to happen before the 2 witnesses died and got on their feet 3 days later.1 Peter chapter 1 verse1 mentions Pontus,Galatia,Cappadocia,Asia, and Bithynia.

  • @m97018 - Yes, Rev 20 talks of 2 resurrections 1000 years apart. The 1st of these 2 resurrections happens at the coming of Christ post trib (ch 19) and involves the dead in Christ. They will be "raised imperishable" 1 Cor 15:52. Any resurrections prior to this are not this type of resurrection (except for Christ's!). Following your thinking the 1st resurrection must have happened before the raising of Lazarus etc!

Peter wrote to believers in the area of Turkey. Sorry, your sentence wasn't clear!

  • @arovir Look at Acts chapter 2 verses 29-34 David died and was buried, and his tomb is here to this day, and he did not ascend to heaven. So the first resurrection in Revelation hasn't happened yet, the voice of the arch angel and trumpet call of god hasn't happened yet.David is still in the grave, waiting for the Lord to resurrect him so the promises can be fulfilled. The 2 witnesses go to heaven before post trib that would make them the first resurrection bible doesn't say that, the bride is 1st.

  • @m97018 1) In Acts 2 Peter is explaining prophecies written by David in Ps.16 & 110 concerning the resurrection of Jesus and His ascension to heaven. Peter says David did not speak of himself but of the Messiah. Therefore Peter says David was not the One prophesied about as ascending to heaven in a resurrection body. This passage does not deny the testimony of the whole NT that the spirits of those who die in Christ go to heaven. There are many more verses showing this than the few I gave you.

  • @arovir Hebrews chapter 4 says the spirit is the thoughts and attitudes of the heart, the soul and body is what needs to be redeemed, when god breathed life into man he became a living soul. The spirit is part of the soul, the soul still sleeps,Jesus said Lararus was in a deep sleep and Jesus said Lazarus come out and raised him from the dead.Death is like a dreamless sleep no conscious thought, when your christian after dying your next conscious thought you will be with the Lord.

  • @m97018 a) Heb 4 does not say the spirit is just thoughts and attitudes of the heart. The Greek word for "spirit" is used many times in the NT of the Holy Spirit, men's spirits and evil spirits. When Christ was quickened He "went and preached unto the spirits in prison" - those who were disobedient in the days of Noah, 1 Pet 3,19f. How could Jesus preach to them if they were sleeping?

"Sleep" is an allegorical term describing the *believers* death, awaiting being "woken up" in the resurrection.

  • @m97018 b) There are many references in the NT to help us see what happens to believers when they die. E.g. - the testimony of the Book of Revelation. In chapter 6 we see those who have been martyred for believing in Jesus. They are in heaven. They are cognitive. They cry with a loud voice. They are spoken to by the Lord. Then in ch 15 we see standing in heaven those who have the victory over the beast, having been killed. They hold harps & they sing. Please accept the testimony of Scripture!

  • @m97018 2) According to Scripture the 1st resurrection happens at the coming of Christ which is post trib. It concerns those who belong to Christ. It's called the 1st resurrection to differentiate it from the 2nd resurrection (of the rest of the dead) after the Millennium.

David's spirit is not in the grave. His spirit is in heaven. He is awaiting his bodily resurrection, just like Paul who testified several times of going to be the Lord when writing of his impending death.

    I believe Paul.

  • ... second death has no power?

  • John 5:24,25,28 & 29 clearly speak of two resurrections: one which was already happening as John was writing his gospel account and the other to happen in the future. Can we not interpret this to mean that the first resurrection is the resurrection of the soul which is dead in sin, and the second being the general bodily resurrection at Christ's return? Does this not fit perferctly with Revelation 20:4-6 which speaks of the resurrected souls curently reigning with Christ and against whom the

  • @ScripturesAlone - The first resurrection of Rev 20:5 concerns the physical resurrection of those who died believing in Christ, among which were those who were beheaded (v.4). This is a bodily resurrection (cf. John 5:28-29) and must not be confused with a spiritual one experienced when having received Christ (cf. John 5:24-25). What we can call the 2nd resurrection concerns "the rest of the dead" (Rev 20:5) who will rise bodily 1000 years after the return of Christ and the first resurrection.

  • @arovir The first resurrection already happened, they were all the righteous ones prior to Christ coming (1st coming). Christ raised them with him after he was crucified and descended into hell and broke the bars of brass and iron as mentioned in Isaiah and Psalms. If not, where is Adam? At Christs second coming it says all those who are dead in Christ will rise and then those who are alive in Christ. Prior to Christ were resurrected with Christ. Matthew 27:52-53 God Bless!

  • @supracoop - In determining the scope and timing of "the first resurrection" we have to see what the immediate context says. The verse just prior to Rev 20:5 tells us who the first resurrection includes:

"...the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus... and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they came to life..."

I think this is self-explanatory! God bless you too! :)

  • Is not the first resurrection a purely spiritual reality which was happening in John's day and continues to this time until Jesus returns to bring about the second and final physical resurrection of all that are in the grave? Does it make sense to say that the first resurrection is a post trib event when John specifically declares that it was already happening in his day?

  • @LDTV08 - Even though people in John's day were experiencing individual inner spiritual "resurrections" from being "dead" in sin, he specifically shows in Rev 20 that the first resurrection concerns the physical bodies of those who died believing in Christ. This is clearly post trib. What we can name as the second and final physical resurrection concerns those who rise 1000 years into the eternal kingdom. They comprise the dead from all ages who we can call "unbelievers". They rise to be judged.

  • May God bless you for this presentation on the important subject of Resurrection. I just have one question though. In Jn 5:24-25, it says: "I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life. I tell you the truth, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live."

Is not John speaking of the first resurrection in this passage?

  • @ScripturesAlone - When Jesus speaks in this passage He is talking about the future first resurrection (cf. "a timing is coming"), but He is also speaking of a present reality in a spiritual sense (cf. "and has now come"). Those who are dead in sin receive life from God when they hear and receive Jesus and His words. They are "resurrected" to eternal life as it were. But of course this is indicative of their future bodily resurrection at the last trumpet. God bless you!

  • The Second Coming, The Resurrection and the "Rapture" all take place within a hour, in that order.

Why would God go through all the trouble of giving us prophecies of the End Time if all the Christians are already gone? Christians will NOT be spared from the Antichrist's wrath. But will be spared from God's.

  • @Hooverdarnit - Amen! It's really questionable when so many Christian teachers, preachers and laypeople in fact say that more than half the book of Revelation doesn't apply to Christians. They forget that the contents were revealed to a Christian for every Christian in the end time! Blessings to you.

  • The Greek word for "first" as in first resurrection is a contracted superlative which means the best of all the former. Not first, second, third and so forth. Look it up in a Strong's Hebrew greek Dictonary. The first resurrection was in the pre-dawn hours on April 6th 33 A.D. Along with the Jerusalme saints. The resurrection occurs in parts. "Blessed and holy is he who hath "part" in the first resurrection.

  • @zzzodc - Strongs says 'protos' means foremost, before, beginning, best, chief (-est), first (of all), former. It does not mean the best of all the former!

It is used in Rev 4:7 -1st beast of 4, in 8:7 -1st angel of 7, in 21:19 -1st foundation of 12. 'Protos' can imply a 2nd entity.

Rev 20 says the 1st res. happens at the 2nd coming, and the 2nd res. happens 1000 years later. Christs res. etc is not the subject here. Having part in the res. means to share in it, not that it occurs in parts! :)

  • You did not mention the following:

Rev 20:5 The rest of the dead lived not until the thousand years should be FINISHED. This is the first resurrection.

    The rapture is a LIE.

  • @NobodySpecial85 - It was not necessary to mention v.5. The first sentence there is a parenthesis pointing to the resurrection of all those who do not participate in the 1st resurrection. This '2nd' resurrection will happen 1000 years after the 1st resurrection. You must read verses in context :)

I explained in the video what I mean by 'rapture' - the gathering of all the saints to Christ in the clouds as He is comes to reign. If you are thinking of a journey to heaven, then I agree with you.

  • Well done video. It shows clearly how there can be no pre-trib rapture. However, it omits some additional scriptures that paint the story in more detail in the period right before the establishment of Christ's kingdom. When and where does the Marriage Supper of the Lamb take place? And, what about God's Wrath? The BOWL judgements. They occur AFTER the last (or seventh) trumpet. Couldn't the sequence be Tribulation-Resurrection-Wrath-Supper-Armageddon-Kingdom?

  • :) Since these videos cannot be much longer than 10 minutes it's impossible to include everything! About the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, please see my video 'Christ's Wedding Feast: When And Where?' Concerning God's wrath and the bowls I invite you to watch my video 'Not Appointed to Wrath'. My preference about the end-time sequence is a little different to yours, but not that much different. You will see from my videos what the difference is. Thank you for commenting and God bless you!

  • Brother, keep spreading the truth! Amen!

  • Thank you for your encouragement!

  • @posttribnetwork I agree with your presentation of scriptural truths, however I still feel you are blurring the tribulation with God's wrath. I see them as distinct. If God "plunges" the beast's kingdom into darkness, it seems hard to understand how a Christian would not bear the consequences. Same issue for most of the other bowls. My understanding is the time of his coming is unknown since it is precisely when His (not Satan's) wrath begins. More...

  • @RobertMOdell . Something to ponder: Look at what Christ says between the 6th and 7th bowl of wrath, and then ask yourself - is Christ coming back as a thief TWICE ?

  • @arovir Then you are teaching that Christians will suffer the 4th bowl: the sun was given power to scorch people with fire. That the sun will somehow choose which people to scorch? Same for the 5th and 6th. But then suddenly the 7th Bowl is different and Christians will not partake in it? Seems strange to place so much weight of sequence into a single verse.

  • @Robert. In Rev 16:15 Christ is announcing His return which will happen in the course of the 7th vial. For the timing compare 16:20 with 6:14 which is coupled with the 'day' 6:17 - then compare to 16:14 which in turn points to 19:19. Christ is coming back ONCE, when His elect will be gathered and He will reign on earth. The righteous who know the Word will seek refuge before the sun burns people. Only the unrighteous will be harmed 16:11. Be more concerned with the 6th trumpet! Pray to escape!!

  • @arovir Just curious. Do you see the Seals, Trumpets, and Bowls happening in sequence, as a stack of ceramic dolls (one inside the other), or as simultanious but altered perspectives.

  • @RobertMOdell

Having evaluated every possible combination I believe the Seals, Trumpets & Bowls all end at the same point in time - the Second Coming of Christ. The same things happen at the 7th of each the three series in Rev 8:5; 11:19; 16:18,21. There are - noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake. (The last two series mention in addition - great hail.)

As I see it the Seals are the overall longer story. The Trumpets are the shorter story. The Bowls are the real short story.

  • theseR secrets & mysteries of the Lord that he must give a Revelation on Revelations to understand. The Prophetic gift can see& know mysteries, knowledge,& have supernatural faith to move mountains now..these know the mysteries of Revelations, all while the Church plays church unaware of who she is&looks w/ physical eyes, missin the secrets of the Spirit. We R currently already seated with christ.Overcomers riegn now,& R found faithful, have not religious doctrines,&R given more now-these do exploits

  • I agree that we are now seated with Christ in heavenly places etc Eph 2:6 etc - but this does not negate receiving a resurrection body in the future at the last trumpet when the dead in Christ rise and those believers still alive get their resurrection bodies directly:

Both truths are seen in Phil 3:20-21: "For our citizenship is in heaven - from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body..."

  • @arovir amen!

  • I'm so glad every time that little word appears... from you!

  • Great teaching video. First and Last. Scripture is so clear when you pay attention to the key words the Lord purposely used. Keep up the good work. We need to keep sounding the warning.

  • Thank you for your support! Yes, we need to pay attention to the details of Scripture. They are there for a purpose. The truth will prevail! May we all seek it, receive it, and live by it!

  • "The last trumpet" This is why we MUST understand the Feasts of the Lord in Lev 23. Just as Jesus (Yeshua) fulfilled the Spring Feasts (Passover, Unleavened Bread, Frist Fruits and Pentecost) He will fulfill the FALL Feasts on those days also. This is the Fall Harvest and the Feast of Trumpets is to be fulfilled in the next series of Feasts. There are 100Trumpet Blasts in the Feasts celebration & the final trumpet blast is the Last Trumpet. Yeshua Will return then, but we dont know what year.

  • I agree entirely. Christ will return on a future Feast of Trumpets and then Atonement will be provided, Zech 13:1. Christ will then Tabernacle on earth - as He did so long ago, only this time in power and great glory, sitting on His glorious throne, Matt 25:31.

  • Excellent.

You know...I made my most recent video a week or two ago but just released it yesterday...I made it before watching yours and yet...it seems eerily similar...almost as if...as if...we are reading the SAME book! ; )

Thank you for sharing the truth in these last days. Many are hungry. Blessed is the one serving the Masters food. I love the verse you shared from Is33:17 "Your eyes will see the King in His beauty". Wow!

  • I was wondering where you got your inspiration lol :)) Of course, we are reading the same wonderful book, and are guided by the same majestic Author. Reminds of the videos we did simultaneously about Rev 3:10 where the full scope of this important verse was brought to bear thru both our contributions. Again, the One who said it wanted it expounded on.

My sister, I appreciate your encouragement very much!

  • A very Deep and well thought video.Very very well done. Little complex But so well done.

  • Thanks! Unravelling unsound teaching can be an intricate task, but it pays off!

  • thankyou. :) amen!

    God bless you.

  • And the Lord bless you too for your kind words.

  • I agree. Believing assumptions is not at all good. The default position of Scripture is post trib. Pre-tribbers cannot make a case without changing Scripture.

  • i agree as well...this happened with the Chinese church in the 40s and 50s when the suffered the beginnings of persecution..the west missionaries had come in and taught them this rapture theory of pre-trib...when persecution started many turned from the faith...but they are growing brighter then ever now..under the seed of persecution...:)

  • There is so much in Scripture that points to post-trib that it's a wonder that the pre-tribbers hav'nt noticed.

    Keep up the good work!

  • Thanks! Yes, EVERYTHING in Scripture points to post-trib. I've got more coming...

  • need eyes to see and ears to hear...study the bible and not lahaye books. :)

    let Holy Spirit teach...

  • I can't wait to be filled with living water and eat the twelve fruits from the tree of life within the kingdom of our Father God!

To walk the streets of gold and to see all the wonderous things that Jesus has prepared for us! I want to sit on Jesus' lap and hug his neck....Jesus is coming soon! We will be with our God forever. No one can separate us from the love of Jesus Christ, our saviour and LORD!

The Bible does say 'immediately AFTER the tribulation' for the return of Christ to occur!

  • Amen sister! The prospect of seeing our Lord and Savior will make any tribulation seem small. The word promises: "Your eyes will see the King in His beauty" Is 33:17. It will be worth it all!

  • Matthew 27:51-54 And behold, the vail of the temple was rent in two from the top to bottom: the earth shook, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened, and many bodies of the saints who slept, arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared to many. Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

  • Thank you for posting this very important message.

Many Christians will perish in the coming tribulation for lack of knowledge. We must prepare for what is coming, like the virgins at the wedding feast. We must keep our lamps full of oil. remember the parable of the strong man and the thief ?

Always keep on the Full Armour of God !

  • Thanks for your encouraging comment. I share your concern of many believers lacking knowledge of the truth. By the grace of God, I will continue to assist in stemming this tide.

  • Amen brother. Great video.

May we encourage one another in fellowship to be faithful in Christ, learning directly from Him and strong in our testimonies so we will have the courage to stand with Christ no matter what persecution comes before us on earth.

    God bless.

    Your sister in Christ,

    Dannii.

  • God bless you too!

Persecution of believers is already present in many countries under islam, communism etc. It will only increase, so let's pray and be prepared - in the strength Christ supplies.

  • Absolutely! Amen again!

  • Great video, these scriptures are so clear that a child could see it, the trditions of men have had no affect on the word of God. Daniel 12:12 is speaking of the same event, Blessed is he who cometh to the 1335th day. 3 1/2 years after the Abomination of Desolation.

  • Yes, the scriptures are clear, but when "grown ups" start manipulating them, then it's difficult for their "children" to see!

  • Thanx for this video, i get fed up with people saying there is a pre-rapture when i clearly read there is only one rapture but 2 resurrections. Great video

  • God bless you! Now you have some solid evidence to give to those people you mention...
