The colours, textures and movements remind me a bit of the old Spiderman-game on the PlayStation 1. The main colour-paterns in both games include yellow and green.

Just to see how much of a graphical improvement there has been between this and the second Alice-game is quite remarkable.

I never liked it as a kid so for me to being boasting this game is somewhat bizarre in nature. I am not saying this is the worlds most greatest game. But I don't think it sucks. unfair. I know some games are not for everyone. I think this game hardly sucks. I have seen worse and

better. I find Graphics don't make the game in my humble opinion. The GamePlay does. It more than likely

The funny thing was when I was walking home I saw Madness Return and thought about how weird it was and how alice shouldn't have a knife but rather duel pistols and such. This is the original story. Alice's house burns down in a fire that started in her room, yet somehow she was safe while her parents burned upstairs. The guilt drove her crazy, and she's in an asylum. She uses wonderland as an escape, though even there the denizens blame her for the accident. The queen at the end is the ultimate representation of her insanity, and you beat it...for a while. Thus the second story, Alice: Madness Returns, where apparently madness returns.

Alice goes down the rabbit hole to find the rabbit telling her not to dawdle. In the end she saves wonderland and gets out of the asylum. But once again she did not know the full story yet and blamed herself thinking that she had started the fire. She goes back to the asylum and fights once again. This is only half the story, you'll have to research.

@AhhYeah1 This is the First game that came out in 2000 for the PC. Alice Madness is a sequel to that. It being released in an HD version. I bought Alice Madness and got the First one for free on the PS3. You are right her parents died in a fire and she was locked away at an asylum. But she could never get away from it. It haunted her.
