  • what if someone asks you to do something you dont want to do? will you still do it?? follow ur heart or follow others' hearts?

btw. Nice playing maksim. love it. :))

  • Beautifully played, truly so when enhanced by the orchestra, but would have been infinitely better if I had seen some emotion by him. Every note is perfect, but without the passion behind it, it just isn't the same.

  • @dadhdj123 Agree! it's lacks expression, but he played it as it is, when not everyone can freely express their emotions ^^

  • The heaven

  • the flowers are singing as they were swaying ....

  • MISTAKE at 2 min 46 sec and our amateur pianist shook his head at 2min 48 sec!!!! HE IS JUST A MEDIOCRE PIANIST! My piano teacher can play better! People who love him are not true piano enthusiasts!!! Too much hype and just mediocre substance....

  • @007Vostro It's all down to personal opinion. You may THINK that your teacher is better but in actual fact you prefer their playing over Maksim. Everyone makes mistakes, music would get boring if everyone played perfectly all the time.

  • @007Vostro what's the mistake??? E flat "MAJOR" sounds right to you?...if you could see, he makes faces all the time....

  • amazing! breathless...

  • This is a piece for SOLO PIANO! This performance destroys Chopin's work. Maksim's playing is as bad as it gets, do us a favor and pull this video, please.

Listen to how Rachmaninoff and a whole list of great pianists play this!

  • just beautiful

  • I don't know what to say?! "GOD! MAKSIM MRVICA IS A PHENOMENAL PIANO PLAYER."

  • Who arranged this?

  • @colourfulwithaU The composer is Frederic Chopin and the original is only for piano. Tolga Kashif arranged the orchestral accompaniment (which is hardly classified as an accompaniment since it IS more beautiful)

  • @erken

I knew someone would give me this answer. -.- I know that it's a solo piece by Chopin. But, yes, Tolga Kashif, thank you.

  • @colourfulwithaU (I just thought I'd be safer to say the composer and the arranger) :)

  • Woooo!!! What a Concert!!! The Best music!!

  • They should tune orchestra before that song. 1:23-1:30 just hurt me very badly and that moment killed all charm of this beautiful piece of music

  • @AllanSlotberg If you listen to the recording in his album (Variations, Part II) it will sound the same to this one.

  • Une de mes préféré de F. Chopin. Manifique, merci :)

  • are those fingers or tree branches......they're long......

  • i can die peacefully... i love this piece.. i love maksim... i love this vid...i love youtube.... i love my life right now.....

  • @bluelithiumhaze amen to that.

  • @bluelithiumhaze yeah.....

  • @bluelithiumhaze : Emang keren gan konsernya tadi malem.. sama banget ama ori vers. nya..

  • love it! relaxing. :)

  • di ba noh ;))

  • @chryssanthemum Oh that's so nice. There are things that would always remind us of something or someone. :)

  • yes,, that's my biggest problem..

    heheheh;))

  • @chryssanthemum a problem? Can I ask why?

  • the problem with relating music to memories... once you hear the tune... sometimes...it gives you the blues

  • @chryssanthemum oh yes you got a strong point. Though these memoeries are the ones you can never escape. Still its good to know that there's something that could always remind of that moment good or bad. Eventually these memories can help us in the future.

  • @xXNocTuRnaLmUrDeRXx ... yep definitely..don't dwell on the past... learn from it.... charos!

chill out!!! relax... enjoy life... right?

  • @chryssanthemum Exactly! The greatest lessons of life are from the past!

  • i know one great teacher....

    EXPERIENCE..!!!

  • @chryssanthemum

even chopin never imagined such an orchestration... with his signature work..

the clarity of the piano is so compelling, what an incredible recording...

if one only had one piece of music to hear before leaving this planet, nocturne would be the top 3

    hugs

    douglas

  • yep compelling.. right term...

as i was listening to this wonderful work of art.. i just cant stop my self from closing my eyes and just listen to it...

when i found out about this post i completely forgot about my age..it brings me to my younger years.. this is the very piece that made me love classical music...

  • favorite ko yan since birth....

    that's for my tatay...

    it reminds me of him..

  • i love this guy.......

    he's amazing....

    he's so lovely..

and the best thing about him is ... he's playing my lifelong favorite piece....

  • I can die right now!!!!!

  • holy crap, it's my first time to see Maksim in a very decent suit! It's exactly how I wish this Nocturne to be played!

  • 4 days after you uploaded this, he came to Singapore and one of the pieces he performed was this without any band or orchestra in his concert. It was awsome!

  • beautiful!

  • da, i ja bih ponovno htjela vidjeti :D

  • taj dan je bio samo prvi dio LIVE, ne znam kad će biti ostatak ( nadam se da ga misle emitirati ako već nisu) koliko vidim nije u planu uskoro...

  • Fantasycznie!!!

Można słuchać godzinami, piękna muzyka ,

    piękne wykonanie.

    Bravo Maksim!!!!

  • CULTURIZATION - Jedna molba, mogu li se možda nadati i ostatku koncerta ovdje, tj. Exodusu, Claudine i ostalo?!

Koncert je bio božanstven i voljela bi ga vidjeti opet..i opet..i opet..

    Unaprijed hvala..
