No te asustes comadre! (misstaniajo) De todos modos ahi viene el cancer, preferible que se amuelen por echarle ganas que por los quimicos que nos están echando
kwel dey r so stretchy de only thing is that it looks like all dey do iz stretch i dont see no leaps no spins so im startin to question about this ballet dance studio
that is amazing! it took me months to do a simple heal stretch like the one at 4:50 and it took me even longer to do a scorpian like the one at 3:48, i am amazed at the skills that these kids have! it must be there life as it is mine but i also cheerlead, i bet their parents are very proud of them!
@AmandaLynn1911 I am a dancer of 22 years, and a dance teacher of 12 years and am certainly impressed with these girl's flexibility. Their description calls them ballerina's, but their technique is definately not ballet technique. Ballet principally encourages "square" placement, which means hips, shoulders, knees and toes should all align. These girls are doing splits with their hips and shoulders askew (crooked). Basically, their splits should be first mastered with the correct technique
its great that you girls are flexible, but all of your videos are of you streching you bodies into weird & winderful positions. if you are ballerinas, please can we see you dancing?
oh, i jus started ballet, but i have real muscular legs which are really awful although my body is fine. I MEAN, REALLY MUSCULAR AND BIG. and i am not flexible AT ALL. D:
@piggiesXD it sounds like you have the same body type as my friend emily. she has short tendons, and is very, VERY muscular. but its not a bad thing at all. she just works on stretching like every night and shes gotten sooo much more flexible!
next time I watch the performance of a ballerina, I will think of all of you girls and the countless hours before going on stage before the public... congratulationsa to all of you.
all this flexibility is well and good but body placement and correct turnout is SO important! 90% of these pictures made me cringe when i saw the incorrect placement! need to get the basic splits right and square before attempting these stunts! these kids bodies will be in terrible condition of incorrect technique! pretty... but scary too
wow im jealous. i can't even do the splits. I used to know how to in the 1st and 2nd grade but i quit ballet. I am now in the sixth grade and i am regrettin that i quit.
ya maybe i should but i'm kinda embarrassed to be the oldest one in the class and plus i don't have skinny legs. I'm not big or anythin i just don't have skinny legs like the dancers do.
it doesn't matter its never too late to start and yea maybe it'll be hard catching up but its worth all the fun! and about "not having skinny legs like dancers do" who cares? ballerinas all don't have to have the same body type. anyways i bet your legs are skinny and you just don't think they are lol
haha thanks but i dont think my mother will let me cuz last year she was nagging me to do ballet but i really didnt feel like it. Now that i want to dance again im afraid she will yell at me for being stubborn
i started ballet at age 2!!!!! is thaat cute??????? this comment is for some of the earlier comments!!!!!! and this all that you guys are doing is So easy!!!!! Why would you put it on you tube??????? and do you guys live in a different country than USA???????
LOVE it, is there any way we could get it as actual pictures? i´d love to show it to my little students, they´d be thrilled! some of them are already very flexible but not like that, they´d become very ambitious ;)
I would be interested in offering you my services as a private contortion trainer. You have the necessary natural flexibility that I can develop by personally stretching you using techniques my friends and I have developed over the past 40 years. Please contact me via email.

Wow! Amazing.
Is flexibility partly in someone's genes or is it pure work??
Because I'd really like to dance ballet but I'm very unflexible in general. =/
