First Pakistan supported US to get technology to use against India, Indian gets their from Russia, but now both countries knew that there is no use of these warfare techs, coz even in conditions of war, one cant be of so low moral to use them. So when we dont have to use these crap then why build it. Its easy to cooperate with each other rather than building such weapons and then protecting them.

They are moving into densely populated areas where women and children are and using them as human shields, it is amazing how Muslims all around the world see this on tv and yet lay the blame solely on the West..The Soviet Union could not defeat the Taliban so the US will not either. Military armies are designed and trained to fight other countries not terrorism.

Al-Queda or literally "the database" in Arab, is a series of contacts the CIA uses in clandestine operations in the Eastern world. If you would take some time to research what happened in the Balkans this would become all to apparent, with clear records, and testimonies from whistle blowers showing us that several of the Al-Queda "agents" were used in the Bosnian war, and then in the Soviet Afghan war.

Second thing the failure you are talking about is of testing of rockets which can pull more heavy satellites as India already have a different types of SLVs. LOL. Even Korea, Germany, Belgium, Israel came to India for their satellite launch.
SLVs are operational after failures and we did it every times. But case here is how come SUPARCO can't do it in 50 years even it is 4-5 years older than India's ISRO.

Our government also see that local players are developed to equal foreign companies. West is also destabilizing because their people don't have saving habit but in India it is not the case. Our government is investing another $1 Trillion for infrastructure projects in next 5 years and they invested $500 billion in last 5 yrs to keep growth of 8-10%.

Same way, they put strict sanctions after 1998 test, but our economy was tough enough to tolerate this. And Pakistan's economy boomed only during Afghan war or 9/11 because of free money, otherwise Pakistan government never did any reformation like Mahathir Muhammad, Deng Xiaopeng or Manmohan Singh.

In India there a strict laws for saving money, if a person don't save money he will have to pay too much tax, that habit saved India from brunt of 2008 recession. Same strict laws applies to businessmen in India. Also our future lies in building infrastructure.
Pakistan has rich agriculture sector but basic things like railways, electricity or steel sector in chaos which are key for transportation, running industries or building infrastructure.
