When I played the Pitt I got kind of out of Hand and ran through, killed everyone with the saw including the slaves, and then shot a nuke at the leader guy. Not one of my best moments. Lets just say I had to get alot of Jesus Karma to redeem my self.

Because you have to surrender your stuff at the gate before you enter The Pitt.

You get it back later.

In The Pitt, one of the achievements is unlocked by collecting the 100 steel ingots. About the disease, can't help..lol
