i was human noble, took Alistair with me to the final battle and married him and we both lived....i took Morrigan's offer for her to have sex with Alistair and have his baby so maybe that's why he lived??

2 don't make alistair fall in love with you

is there a cannon ending in the game. i think the true ending isthe morrigans baby ending. but she get a baby even if u make the ultimate sacrifice and die. so and know witch ending is the REAL ENDING

@1oktay1 Canon ending would be taking the offer and Alistair ruling alone. From the expansion pack preview, Alistair is shown ruling alone and you have the option to import your old character (as Alistair is happy to see you again) so it would make sense that the Hero leaves to try to find Morrigan and returns for the expansion pack story.

ultimately the ending that will live on in the next dragon age is the morrigan's baby ending. i think she will be a big part of that story.. maybe you'll play her son

Before they released the details of the first expansion? Just an educated guess. If they wanted the story to go on through expansions, surely killing off the main character (you) is not the way to do it. Also the option with morrigan showed to add something to a continuing story where at the end where she is and the baby she has is all a mystery.

But the next expansion clearly states you play the same character, so hence he didn't die.. and the only option for that conclusion was Morrigan's.

i read that u can start with a new origin in the expansion pack. i wish they would realsed a expansion pack where u can play the other wardens who beat the darkspawn like ser garahel

Yep, that's Superior Dragon Scale armor, You need to kill the high dragon in the mountains for it.
